The Hideaway offers a rich, natural setting for 75 to 200 guests. Inspired by the elements, this earthy space is available during the warmer months, when its glass garage doors open to the rolling landscape and private terrace surrounding the room.
The Hideaway is a seasonal space, available May through October.
Outdoor ceremony
Noted as one of Ontario’s hidden gems, the picturesque grounds at the St. Marys Golf and Country Club are a beautiful setting for your outdoor ceremony. With its stunning views and expertly manicured landscape, paired with full styling by our in-house Design team, the Hideaway’s pergola is the perfect place to say, “I do!”

During the winter months, the glass doors and exposed wood beams in the Hideaway serve as a sophisticated backdrop option for exchanging your vows.
Reception
Allow our Design team to style everything from your unique backdrop design, to place setting details, to beautifully-styled lounges for your guests - and everything in between. Then enjoy a plated dinner, prepared by our Chef team, before dancing the night away with friends and family. For a more casual experience, we also offer cocktail style catering. And when refreshments are desired, the friendly staff behind our bar will be happy to serve you.

THE HIDEAWAY aesthetic REDESIGN
A timeless and permanent fireplace backdrop will become the heart of the space, thoughtfully designed with graceful, curved profiles to frame both ceremonies and head tables. Built-in shelving nooks on either side invite layered decor and candlelight, creating a warm, intimate glow. Above, the wood ceiling will be re-stained in a deeper, sophisticated tone, grounding the existing dark-framed glass roller doors.

Curved architectural details will be added to soften the space and to create the illusion of room and ceiling separations.
A cream-painted limewash finish will be applied to the walls and new fireplace, lending depth and patina.
ARTISTIC LIGHTING
Curved-glass sculptural chandeliers will replace the current steel dome pendants, with the existing iconic chandeliers to remain.
Complementing curved-glass sconces will replace the existing black metal fixtures, softening the silhouette, while a mirrored feature wall to the left of the bar will mimic the glass roller doors and create the illusion of expansive windows.
TEXTURAL VARIATION
Natural-look stone finishes will be applied to the fireplace hearth and within the bar redesign, adding organic texture and an understated elegance.
The cement floor will remain, providing a textural contrast to the soft finishes above.

From formal plated meal options to casual catering that includes food stations and passed hors d’oeuvres, we offer a variety of packages to fit your unique vision. Available by request, we can accommodate dietary restrictions and alternative menu preferences.
Minimum 75 adult guests on Sunday to Friday dates. Minimum 90 adult guests on Saturday dates.

Many decisions go into planning a wedding day. Our expert planning, decor and catering teams have worked behind the scenes to make those decisions easier for you, with a range of packages to suit your wedding vision and budget.
Offseason rates apply May 1st through Victoria Day.
